Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and packed in its original packaging to avoid damage during shipping. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@jennarianneartistry.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. Commissioned artwork, gift cards, online art classes, and original artwork cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and respond accordingly. In the event that a non-returnable item is damaged upon arrival, you will not be eligible for a refund. Jenna Rianne Artistry works hard to ensure your package is protected to the best of our abilities during and after shipping, though damages may still occur. We are not responsible for any non-refundable items that have sustained damage during or after shipping. Shipping insurance is strongly recommended for non-refundable, high value items.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Exchanges are not possible for commissioned artwork, gift cards, original artwork, or sale items.


Refunds

We are not liable for non-returnable items that are any damaged during or after shipping. In the case of damages, your money will not be refunded. Once the package has reached the shipping address provided, it is your responsibility to ensure that the package is handled safely and stored appropriately, or that the artwork is removed from its the package immediately upon arrival. Commissioned artwork will not be refunded in response to customer dissatisfaction.

If an eligible item is returned, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

The artist may determine the completion of a contracted commission is impossible. This may occur for a variety of reasons, and can occur after a deposit payment has been collected. If the artist fails to fulfill their end of the contract, the deposit will be refunded in full.
