Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service delays are outside of our control.
For high value, non-returnable, non-refundable items, shipping insurance is strongly recommended.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges and delivery date estimations for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You will be provided with a tracking number for your package through email. The shipping carrier used will be at the discretion of Jenna Rianne Artistry, based on shipping location, the reputation of a carrier's parcel handling, and the type of package ordered. Shipping carriers that may be used include FedEx, UPS, and DHL.
Commissioned artwork shipping and original artwork shipping methods will be decided through email conversation with the buyer. Shipping insurance is strongly recommended for high value items.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping. Shipping charges and delivery date estimations for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, or relayed through email conversation in the case of original and commissioned artwork purchases.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Jenna Rianne Artistry is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 48 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@jennarianneartistry.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Unfortunately, none of the of the shipping carriers used by Jenna Rianne Artistry ship to P.O. Boxes. During checkout, if an address with a P.O. Box destination is entered, you will be asked to change the destination.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns on returnable items up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is undamaged and in its original packaging, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@jennarianneartistry.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. In some cases, refund, return, and exchanges are not possible, but we will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Jenna Rianne Artistry works hard to ensure that your artwork is protected to the best of our abilities during shipping. Shipping insurance is strongly recommended for items of high value.
